Chaptara started with a chapter president who saw that behind every strong chapter was a group of leaders quietly holding everything together: dozens of platforms, endless group messages and late nights tracking attendance and events.

What is Chaptara?
Chaptara is a chapter management app for sororities, built by former sorority leaders. It brings events and attendance, excuses, study hours, points, good standing, voting, chat, photos and files into one app, replacing the spreadsheets, group chats and forms chapters usually rely on.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Chaptara is available on the App Store and Google Play, and chapter leaders also get a web portal.
Can Chaptara replace GroupMe?
Yes. Chaptara Chat combines direct messages, group boards and chapter announcements into one organized hub, so important information doesn’t get lost in an endless group chat.
